Level 23 goes back to using the rope swing. Remember to use the momentum of the rope to pop bubbles in areas where you aren’t aiming at.
Be sure to aim as high as you can to clear as many bubbles with as few chances as possible.
Take advantage of Lucy’s jump rope which you can can activate by popping a lot of blue balloons.
